Full Text: An article that appeared in the December 2008 issue (Bandyopadhyay S, Austin RM, Dabbs D, Zhao C. Adjunctive Human Papillomavirus DNA Testing Is a Useful Option in Some Clinical Settings for Disease Risk Assessment and Triage of Females With ASC-H Papanicolaou Test Results. Arch Pathol Lab Med. 2008;132(12):1874-1881) contained an incorrect percentage in the Results section of the abstract. The first sentence of the Results section should have read, "ASC-H was reported in 1646 (0.59%) of 277 400 (270 338 TPPT and 7062 conventional) Pap test results."

The last name of Rhona J. Souers, MS, was incorrectly shown as Soures in the byline and affiliation footnote of an article that appeared in the May 2008 issue. The correct citation is Bentz JS, Hughes JH, Fatheree LA, Schwartz MR, Souers RJ, Wilbur DC, for the Cytopathology Resource Committee, College of American Pathologists.
