This is a collection, in five parts, of global, regional, sub-regional and national human rights instruments, policies, legislation and case law that are relevant to HIV and AIDS. It contains UN conventions, declarations and concluding observations, instruments adopted by the World Trade Organisation, documents adopted by institutions of the African Union, documents emanating from the East African Community, and national constitutions, legislation, policies and case law from Eastern and Southern African countries, and other parts of Africa. It is aimed at parliamentarians, members of the judiciary, lawyers, civil society organisations and people living with HIV.
