The American Psychotherapy Association is constantly looking for innovative ways to distribute information to its members. The association recently began hosting Webinars featuring individuals who are influential in the realm of psychotherapy. A Webinar is a presentation, lecture, workshop, or seminar transmitted over the Web. This method of communication allows those involved to give, receive, and discuss pertinent information. The valuable interactive elements of a Webinar enable participants to connect with presenters in a real-life setting, as opposed to simply reading an article or coursework.

Visit out Web site (www.americanpsychotherapy.com) to view the featured Webinar, along with the Webinar archives, which include the following presentations:

"How to Write and Sell a Professional Book" by Bill O'Hanlon

"How to Become a Paid Speaker" by Bill O'Hanlon "Men: A Different Brain, a Different Treatment Process" by Dr. Gloria Kay Vanderhorst

Future Webinars are listed below: "War Trauma: Helping Our Veterans Truly Come Home" (Part l of 2) by Thomas A. Smith, MS, LMHC, NCP, BS, PD, RPh, FASCP, DAPA Air date: June 16, 2009 @ 3 p.m. CST "War Trauma: Helping Our Veterans Truly Come Home" (Part 2 of 2) by Thomas A.
